“I like how Coach Lori gives you a workout plan for the week. It includes a full body, an upper body, and a lower body using dumbbells and bands. The plan builds upon the week before. That made it easier to focus on good form and slowly increase weights. I liked being able to read the instructions and watch the demo before I started each session. I could then just work through the session smoothly. I felt like having a week planned gave me motivation to do each workout. Her personal interaction was also motivating to keep at it.”
