Whey Protein
Make sure it is grass-fed and third party tested.
Creatine
This is my number 1 supplement of all time. Creatine has been extensively studied and continues to be studied for a wide range of health benefits. Its benefits include energy, muscle mass, muscle strength, performance, recovery, cognition, mood, depression, sleep, strength, body composition, neuroprotective, and memory. Creatine supplementation is most effective when combined with resistance training, particularly in post-menopausal women.
Magnesium
I take two of these every night before bed. It relaxes my body and helps me sleep. It's also important for our bones and glucose levels.
